Happy Saturday! Today is a special post, done in celebration of the Lord of the Rings marathon I’m currently doing! As I write this, I’m at Katy @Bookbinderway‘s house and we’re knee deep in the first movie, and will hopefully get to more! So I figured, what better way to celebrate?

My dad took me to see the first movie when it came out in theaters. When was that, 2001? So I was eleven!

Probably The Two Towers, extended edition obviously. Once you got extended, you can’t go back.

Movies, because well, as stated, I haven’t read the books. :”D Obviously this could change when I do read the books, but we’ll see.

WHO ARE YOUR FAVORITE CHARACTERS?

Samwise and Gimli. They’re both so wholesome and weird. ❤

WHAT MIDDLE EARTH RACE WOULD YOU BE?

Probably a hobbit or a dwarf. Because this picture explains me perfectly:

Ian McKellen as Gandalf. Perfecto.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PLACE IN MIDDLE EARTH?

Rivendell. Man, I wanna live there.
