Three Quotes Challenge – Day 1 | Nanowrimo edition

Book Tag

Hello! Today a tag! I was tagged by the Orangutan Librarian, so thanks friend! 😀

What they did was rather interesting – instead of just random quotes, they used favorite first lines from books! So I’m going to twist it as well, but in a different way. For those of you who haven’t seen my word vomit lately, I’m participating in Nanowrimo this year. Therefore, I’ve decided to post quotes that inspire me or relate to the story I am writing.

Rules

• Thank the person who nominated you
• Post a quote for 3 consecutive days (1 quote for each day)
• Nominate three new bloggers each day

(trigger warning for suicide)

One of my characters goes through.. well, he goes through some pretty difficult things. But, don’t worry, he’s the hero of my story.

Today I tag: Hadeer @CaireneLibrarian, Sarah @DragonsandZombies and Katy @BookbinderWay

See you next time, peeps!

3 Days, 3 Quotes Tag – Day 3

Welcome to Day 3! Thank you Gel for tagging me! The rules for this tag are as follows:

Rules:

  1. Thank the person who nominated you.
  2. Post a quote for 3 consecutive days.
  3. Nominate 3 bloggers each day.

Today’s quote:

Jill Tarter:

And that’s why I keep telling myself that my grade in computational theory doesn’t matter in the long run. Small thing compared to everything else.

And that’s it! I really enjoyed doing this – it gave me a chance to look back through my quotes collection that I haven’t touched in ages – a lot of them were collected during specific episodes in my life, so it brought back some nostalgia, which was nice.

Anyways, I tag: Panda (whenever you get back. :”D), booksandbakes1 and Sublime Reads!

Do it.

3 Days, 3 Quotes Tag – Day 1

Hello! I’ve been tagged in a not-book-tag! And it looked really fun, so I’m going to do it! Thank you Gel for tagging me! The rules for this tag are as follows:

Rules:

  1. Thank the person who nominated you.
  2. Post a quote for 3 consecutive days.
  3. Nominate 3 bloggers each day.

And this is Day 1, so here is my quote for today:

by ???:

The originator of this quote is unknown, so if you know who spoke these words, please let me know so I can give credit.

I like this quote because I’m a very indecisive person that worries a lot about decisions that I do end up making. This method helps me be sure of what I really want (and it really does work for me, too. It’s lovely).

I have this quote and a bunch of others on my pinterest quote board, if you’re interested.

Otherwise, that’s the first one! See you tomorrow with the second.

I tag:

Ace, Amanda and Mai

Do it.
